Friday Night Alright!

The Place: My apt via Sherlock’s, Marietta, GA

The Peep: Phonso J

The Beers:# 94 Hellios (ABV 7.5%)

                    #95 Hopczar (ABV 7.5%)

What’s a Friday movie night without beer?  We stopped by Sherlock’s to pick up a few things and hopefully get some recommendations from Tyler.

#94 Hellios (ABV 7.5%)

The beer is a golden orange/yellow color with a lot of bubbles and carbination.  I don’t think I’ve ever seen that many bubbles in a beer, but it could be that I just never paid attention.  Hellios is light and crisp, with flavors of lemon and grapefruit.  Good summer beer!  I would drink it again, but it wouldn’t be my first choice.  I think I like my beers a little stronger.  Side Thumb.

#95 Hopczar (ABV 7.5%)

I usually don’t smell beer, but for some reason I took a sniff of this one.  It has a wonderful smell of hops and grapefruit and tastes like… DUH! Hops and grapefruit! I could have used a little more hops, but it was still pretty good. Thumbs up!

Thanks again to Tyler for the suggestions.  When we first walked in I didn’t see him, so I thought about leaving.  I’m not gonna lie… If there was ever a day that he isn’t there I might leave for real.  I don’t know if I can trust those other people.  Just saying…

High Fives and Shout Outs

1. The little boy at Dave and Buster’s who hit for 1000 tickets on the wheel spin.  I was kind of jealous.

2. ABC family for bringing back Pretty Little Liars

I am finally caught up with the beer on my list! Woo Hoo! I will try not to get behind again, but I can’t make any promises.  Ya’ll keep reading and I’ll keeping drinking… responsibly of course. Cheer!
